Shipping policy

We ship across Australia. Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time

Orders arrive within 7 to 14 days of being placed. Timing depends on when our fulfilment partner ships your item and where in Australia you are. We would rather give you an honest range than a number we cannot always meet.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

If your order has not arrived

If 14 days have passed and your order has not arrived, email us at hello@steppiez.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
